Last Cell Gathering after exam & Shopping...

hey guys n gals...

hope all of you are coping well with exams... or are gearing yourself up for exams.. :)

I was hoping to arrange a last cell gathering.. after all of you are done with exams.. to chill out (how 'bout ktv at utopia myaree...hahaha) and not forgetting that.. we need to buy clothes for the East Timor kids aged 0-13 assigned to our cell... there's some sort of sale going on now in K-mart.. and it's really nice & affordable & chheeaaapp.. so I'm hoping that we can fix a day and go... so far looking at the calendar... I'd think 24th Nov (Sat) is good.. coz all of you guys would have finish exams by then.. and maybe we can go shopping.. then KTV?... (okie.. I'm a closet KTV-lover... :P) and...

we haven't had a proper cell closure for the authenticity series... and for the yr 2007... maybe we can keep 22nd Nov (Thurs) free for that...

so do get back to me for the above thingies... and do suggest when's a good day/date for all to meet for

1) Last Cell Closure for 2007
2) Shopping for ET kids + Hang out (we can separate the 2.. as well.. coz it'd be good also if we go K-mart asap... dunno when the sale will end.)

Cell is on as usual...on Wed, 730pm... I propose we meet at Dorcas's place again??
(if that's fine with you??...)
For word, we'll be doing session 2 in that stack of handouts I gave you all last week.. so yeah.. start preparing yourself physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually... for an awesome time with God and of coz the rest of the cellies...

Season of Prayer 12th Sept - 2nd Oct

Hey guys & gals,

as most of you would've heard abt it somehow in cell or church....
the season of prayer starts tmr... 12th Sept.. & from this wed (12th)- fri (14th Sept) we'll all be meeting in church from 745pm - 9pm for worship & prayer.... I encourage all of you to go... since we won't be having cell... we'll be meeting in church instead...okie!?!

The theme is:- Stones Cry Out....

& after that, for the following weeks till 30th Sept... every nite... (xcept fri & sun nite) ... there'll be a cluster of kinetic, vibe and adult cell that will be anchoring prayer in church....

For our cell, that'll be on 22nd Sept (Sat nite)... which I expect all of us to be there... will keep you all informed with more details later... & if I don't... BUG ME!!!

Cost: $30 (apparently it's been subsidised to $28; so remember to pay Shirley)

Family Quiz Night Fund Raiser

the annual family quiz nite is back..

what is it???

well apart from having to answer a series of questions according to different themes such as entertainment(movies), science, general... etc...

it's a chance to win great prizes through intelligence, or through raffle draw..

so if we don't have intelligence.. maybe we can see whether God wanna bless us with our donations...

anyway, all proceeds - the quiz nite ticket ($7 per head) and raffle draw tickets (if u decide to buy some that nite) will all go to Willetton Senior High School...

Do invite your friends to join us!!.. Well currently on our cell table - there should be Myself :P, Mandy, Carlton, Eugene, Mark, Shi-en (??), so there are 2 more available spaces!!... each table sits 8... (if you were at the camp you'd have heard ps melvin mention something abt it on the last day) basically it's like Friday Night Life but with other churches youth grps as well... unfortunately... it's not gonna be on 18th May anymore.. it's been postponed to August.. so on 18th May.. we gonna have our usual Friday Night Life.. just FCC 13:30 Kinetic and Vibe.. and Ps Benny is speaking that night..
